Warranty & care

Every Lusitania Casa piece is made to Italian manufacturing standards and backed by our warranty.

Brassware

• Body: 5 years
• Surface finishes (chrome, PVD, galvanic and painted) against peeling or fading: 2 years
• Cartridges, flexible hoses and screws: 1 year

Ceramics

• WCs, basins and bidets: 5 years
• Toilet seats, covers and flush mechanisms: 1 year

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, unsuitable cleaning products, impact or normal wear. Full terms are in the documents opposite.

Caring for your pieces

Clean brassware with a soft cloth and water only, and dry it straight away — hard water leaves marks as it evaporates. Clean ceramics with a mild, pH-neutral soap. Never use abrasive pads, acids, bleach or chlorine-based products. The care guide explains everything in detail.
