Sanctuary Falls – Private Villa

One of our earliest projects, this private villa set the tone for what MNT Gulf stands for today: considered design, honest materials and fittings built to last. The home has a calm, gallery-like character, with a double-height marble entrance, a sculptural crystal chandelier over a floating staircase, warm oak floors and soft cove lighting throughout. Our job was to make sure the bathrooms lived up to the rest of the house, so each one feels like a natural extension of the villa’s quiet, refined design rather than a separate room.

For the bathrooms we brought together Ritmonio’s Italian brassware and our own Lusitania Casa collection. Matte-black Ritmonio wall-mounted mixers, concealed thermostatic controls, twin rain showers and slim hand showers add a crisp graphic line against the pale marble and stone-effect walls. Lusitania Casa’s rimless wall-hung WCs and soft-edged basins keep the spaces light and uncluttered. From the twin-vanity master suite with its walk-in double shower to the compact guest powder rooms, every space shares one design language of black detailing, clean white surfaces and warm hidden lighting. It was an early proof of a pairing we still believe in: international craftsmanship alongside our own brand, delivered as one complete finish.
